Clicking on an interaction to talk through its
issue
Clicking on an interaction (or a practice) that has a
description will bring up a note box positioned to highlight the interaction. If
the interaction has a discussion url, the note box will provide a discussion
button to bring up the web based threaded discussion about the issue. The Matrix
of Change can point to open or closed discussions in any type of web discussion
server.
