Building the Matrix
In this section a sample Matrix of Change will be built using a proposed business spin-off of UPS. A step by step walk through of the UPS case study will demonstrate how the Matrix of Change can be effective for change management. By helping management identify complementary and interfering practices and processes in the current business model, in the desired new model, and how they interact a smoother and more successful transition can be implemented.
